I operate a minimum 24 hours cancellation policy

• 5 Minute introduction call FREE

• Initial Consultation is 60mins and *free

• * I request a £20 holding fee to secure that time slot.

• I will refund that £20 back to you if you decide you do not want to continue or I can take it off your sessions/package if you decide to go ahead

• If you do not show for Initial Consultation without any notice or cancel within the 24 hours, you agree to forfeit your deposit of £20. If you give outside 24 hours and decide to cancel, your deposit will be re-paid to you.

• Block booking packages are based on 6 or 8 sessions at full cost £70 and then discount is offered based on fulfillment of the full package. If you decide you are ready to end sessions before the 6 or 8 sessions have been fulfilled then you will be refunded the remaining sessions, based on the used sessions charged at full price £70 being deducted from the refund.

• If you do not show for a session with no cancellation, you agree to forfeit 1 session/£70.00 of your package cost.
