What’s been good?
Every day we live we spend so much time being busy, stressed, anxious, angry, low, that we miss the one thing that is right there in front of us. At some point in our days, there is always one thing big or small that has for a moment been good. Something that made you smile?, or something you did that makes you feel good. Perhaps you took 5mins or more in silence and just breathed and relished in the quiet? maybe sat staring into space for a few minutes and just drifted off somewhere else, took a walk outside in the fresh air? walked the dog?, prepared a to do list for tomorrow?. All these small things account for positive actions which release healthy neurotransmitters in our brain and body which give us that good feeling. The more positive actions we do, the more we release of those lovely neurotransmitters and the more happier we feel.
