About Me
I am a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist. I trained with CPHT and I am a member of the AfSFH and the NCH. I am fully insured and hold full DBS (for working with young adults)
I operate as an ‘online therapist’ which allows me to reach out and help as many people as possible from the comfort of their own homes. If face to face is a requirement, then that can be arranged where possible.
As someone who has struggled throughout my life with feeling different and wondering why I set apart from the rest, I was finally diagnosed with ADHD as an adult in my mid 50’s. This has been a life changer for me and I feel more than ever that I want to help people find their true potential.
As a Neurodivergent person, I have always empathised with others' struggles. In 2018, after years in various office jobs, I realised I wasn't living to my potential so, I took time out and became a Reiki II practitioner. After a time of trying to run a small business, providing Reiki to clients, personal circumstances took me back into the corporate world . However, whilst working in corporate, I was missing the wellbeing work and the satisfaction that came from helping people and I just kept saying I need to do something, I cant sit at a desk forever. Then one day, an advert popped up on my social media. That’s when I had my calling, the time was just right. One click, a phone call, and right then and there with no procrastination, I signed up to study with CPHT Chester and become a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist. It was the best impulsive decision of my life. In just 10 months of training, I have already helped many clients with various issues, including phobias, stopping smoking, confidence, performance anxiety, fears, stress, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, sleep disorders alongside a wide mix of physical health issues like pain management, bruxism, IBS, migraines, the list is endless. I have already accumulated over 200 hours of therapy experience. I have discovered myself along the way and learned so much about my own abilities as a therapist and a person, that were buried under many years of doubt and feelings of unworthiness. The more people I interact with and see their transformation, the more I know this is my calling.
I have finally found my purpose and I am looking forward to helping more people live the fulfilling lives they deserve, by changing their thoughts, actions and behaviours.
I live in Cheshire with my Husband with our little Dog Molly and 2 cats. I love days out or trips away with my husband and Molly, walking and visiting places and, when we are not camping in Barmouth, North Wales, we are in our other happy place, Port Isaac in Cornwall. We are manifesting our retirement there.
I am so committed to supporting individuals through their challenges. Witnessing their transformation is very rewarding.
My practice focuses on facilitating positive change and improving clients' quality of life. Together we will achieve your goals and unlock your potential to live a fulfilling life.
